Meditation

“Vipassana” is a Pali word that means “insight” or “clear seeing”.  Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gautama Buddha more than 2500 years ago. 


 Through vipassana meditation one knows one’s self that is  the person just observes what is going on inside him, he observes his thoughts, actions in the body but he does not impinges to any of the activities.
